Garijo Baigorrri in the international contest “Cooking with truffle”.

Garijo Baigorri participated in the second edition of the International Competition “Cooking with truffles” held on December 2 and 3 in Soria. The event was organized by the Junta de Castilla y León in collaboration with the Mesa de la Gastronomía, the Consejería de Cultura y Turismo and with the support of the City Council and the Diputación de Soria. The contest was aimed at the national and international positioning of the black truffle of Soria, a gastronomic resource of reference in the Community.
